At Hammer Films, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
